Government opens some arcades as the lockdown continues to be lifted: others remain closed (full list)

courtsey  As the government continues to ease the lockdown in Uganda, some business owners can now smile after the opening of some arcades in the capital Kampala. However, some arcades are to remain closed as a result of not abiding to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as provided by the ministry of health.
